Our stay at Vivanta Katra has been VERY SPECIAL for many reasons. The surroundings are tranquil and serene. The hotel has a unique ambiance which allows you to soak up the experience of being so close to the sacred Bhavan. Although we travelled alone as a family of four from UK, each staff member went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed, informed, nourished and supported in a very professional manner. Our taxi driver Tarsem helped us with the logistics; Vaishali In reception coordinated everything and ensured that our needs were met, for example interconnecting rooms; Sandeep and the amazing Chef provided a sophisticated & tasty dining experience; we had rejuvenating massage after the yatra from the spa. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and games room. We spent quality family time together and made lots of memories.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. A special thanks to your night duty FMC manager-Mr. Vijay Kumar and his team members like Ravi, Shivani, Poonam and Ashok. They were extremely courteous, and friendly. They themselves came forward and offered good services!! Lovely team!! Will definitely visit again. The property is very big and kids' friendly. A lot of swings and Badminton court added feather to the cap!!

the property is simple beautiful with lush green gardens, flowers ,pool and a play area.Rooms are clean and spacious .The staff is what made our stay wonderful.They are courteous,polite and very helpful.I would like to specifically mention Mr.Ashok at the ‘Mynt’ who suggested the best food on menu and made sure we had the food to our taste and get a taste of local cuisine. the live music at Mynt made the dinner really special. Mr.Roop who took care of our travel in and around was very helpful too.Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so comfortable and memorable .

There’s a lot to like and fall in love with this serenely located property. It’s very calm and away from hustles bustles of the city. Surrounded by tall trees overlooking the Trikoot mountains in the north and wrapped around by lush greenery, nicely maintained and sufficient sized rooms with large panoramic windows were overlooking green gardens. Food was awesome!! Great taste and options to try out. They even have souvenir and dry fruits shop where visitors can buy quality stuff at reasonable prices.

Breakfast was good, but spread was not great but limited. Otherwise, Staff, Facility, Housekeeping Services, & especially, the front office responsible & the swimming Instructor were very humble man, Thank you.

Property was beautiful, had a dedicated children playing area. Pool was small but there was a separate small kids pool, so for parents this was blessing. Pool incharge was also good n took good care for all kids visiting the pool. Arun,Amar,Nirdosh,Anshul( driver) everyone was good.As a parent of small kid i look at the comfort level of my kid and they made sure to cater all my kids need be it food or play. I booked Premium room.

The staff. Awesome location, the location add a leisure holiday as well to the holy one. They helped us arrange the decorations for my daughter's birthday, it was very nice gesture. The staff especially the one who's name starts with N, who helped us with the bags while checking in and checking out was really helpful, sorry for forgetting the name.

It would be nice to have more variety in the breakfast. However staff was excellent. Mr Ashok is very pleasant and well mannered Mr Roop Singh Charak who drove us to Katra Base is professional , polite and guided us well
